1. Adopt Japan 3Ling PLC plus 7-inch color touch screen human-machine interface, 2 control modes of fixed value\/program (programmed control 100 segments), with sensor disconnection alarm function, with over-temperature alarm protection function, to ensure the safe operation of the product.
2. One-way horizontal air transport is adopted in the box, strong pressure air is supplied in the 2-side air duct, and high-density punched air panels are used on the 2 sides of the air duct to precisely control the angle of the deflector to ensure the uniformity of the temperature in the box.
3. The stainless steel dust-free electric heating generator is used, which is clean and does not produce dust. The high-power 3-phase asynchronous high-temperature resistant long-shaft silent motor is used to increase the diameter of the stainless steel turbine fan blades, and the turbine is horizontally corrected to ensure smooth air transport .
4. Automatic oxygen exhaust control system, each supporting imported solenoid valve is automatically switched, which greatly saves nitrogen consumption. It can also be set by itself according to the requirements of the process to meet various process requirements.
5. The oxygen discharge time is less than or equal to 30 minutes. It is equipped with a high temperature resistant oxygen content controller, a zirconia oxygen content sensor, and a set of high temperature resistant self-priming pump, which can detect the oxygen content in real time and display the actual value, and is equipped with an alarm function of oxygen content exceeding the standard.
