2. Please check the solid-state relay of the oven. If the solid-state relay is abnormal, it may cause the heating tube to continue heating and cause over-temperature.
3. Check whether the parameters of the industrial oven temperature control instrument are set incorrectly. You can deal with it by restoring the factory settings of the instrument and restoring the settings of the temperature control system through AT auto-tuning.
4. Check whether the temperature probe collection device of the industrial oven is loose or falling off. If it does, it may cause inaccurate temperature control.
5. There are also inconsistent air volume adjustments, which can cause too much temperature difference in the box. Pay attention to adjusting the air volume baffle fine-tuning switch to keep the wind speed uniform.
