Industrial moisture-proof cabinets are generally composed of cabinets, control units, dehumidification units, and circuit parts. The composition of the fault will be generated in it. Among them, generally speaking, cabinet failures are relatively small, and the abnormality of the dehumidification unit is a common failure point of industrial moisture-proof cabinets. There are two main dehumidification methods for the moisture-proof cabinet: electronic dehumidification movement and inflatable dehumidification components. The electronic dehumidifier core type moisture-proof box drying cabinet uses moisture-absorbing materials such as molecular sieve to absorb moisture. The failure is mainly caused by the long-term use of the molecular sieve material and heating aging. The dehumidification movement after aging can only be replaced with a new one. Most of the moisture-proof cabinets adopt modular design, from small parts to large temperature and humidity displays, control systems and dehumidification host modules can be quickly replaced, maintenance and repair are simple, greatly improving maintenance efficiency. Maintenance of the dehumidifier movement only needs to remove the four screws of the movement on the back of the moisture-proof cabinet, which can be removed and sent to the after-sales replacement or repair. Therefore, even if the moisture-proof cabinet fails, maintenance is very convenient and simple.

The inflatable dehumidification components are generally not easy to age due to the lack of heating process. But it will be damaged due to the dust or oil contained in the gas source. At this time, the air source can be treated to achieve a simple oil and water, and the slightly damaged dehumidification components can be restored after a period of operation. However, if the damage is severe, the dehumidification components also need to be replaced.
