1. Before the soft light bar is filled with glue, the glue must be defoamed. It is recommended that the defoaming time is 6-8 minutes. When there is glue filling, turn on the vacuum system of the light bar glue filling machine.
2. When the LED flexible light bar is produced, the glue does not dry out. The primary reason is the inaccurate glue ratio or uneven mixing. Before filling the glue, in the software control system of the light bar glue filling machine, set up various parameters, and then use a disposable cup to test, such as only opening A glue, 10 seconds, what is the amount of glue, and then only For B glue, what is the glue quantity at the same time, weigh it with an electronic scale, if there is a deviation, correct the parameters, when the adjustment is to a suitable ratio, the automatic glue filling can be planned. If the glue is not uniformly mixed, it will appear dry, partially dry, or the curing time will be longer. 4. Since the LED light bar uses a flexible circuit board, it is relatively soft. When the glue is processed, the light strip must be fixed and leveled with a fixture, and then the thickness of the glue required on the top needs to be controlled by the fixture, which is less Can not achieve the purpose of waterproofing, more LED light bar becomes harder and not conducive to installation.
5. After the glue is filled, it will take about 12 hours to wait for the glue to dry automatically, and it can be completed in about 8 hours if it is baked. But the baking temperature should not exceed 80 degrees, otherwise the bonding performance of the glue will be affected, thereby affecting the waterproof effect.
