Yihexing industrial ovens are widely used in LED optoelectronics, electronics, silica gel, auto parts, new energy power batteries and other industries. However, industrial ovens are not as easy to operate as civilian ovens. Before using the oven, you must understand the following:
1. Electricity safety. Just use the power supply or when the mobile machine needs to be reconnected, please follow the electrical specifications shown on the electrical nameplate.
2. The equipment must be grounded to avoid electric shock accidents caused by the inability of the leakage circuit breaker in the event of a leakage accident. When grounding, please confirm the grounding in accordance with electrical regulations. Do not connect the grounding circuit to gas or water pipes. Do not share the grounding circuit between an oven with a leakage circuit breaker and an oven without leakage circuit breaker.
3. Check the leakage switch and do a leakage circuit breaker test at least once a month to ensure normal operation. If a leakage occurs and the circuit breaker fails, it may cause an electric shock hazard. Please replace the electromagnetic contactor once a year to ensure work safety.
4. It is forbidden to place the device in an outdoor environment. Placing the device in an outdoor environment will greatly affect the performance and function of the device. The electrical parts of the device will cause a short circuit or leakage hazard when contacting water vapor.
5. Open the door with hot air, during high temperature operation, or the temperature in the furnace has not dropped to a safe range, please do not open the furnace door to take the baked goods, so as to avoid the high temperature gas blowing out and hurt people, or directly burned by the baked goods and the high temperature in the oven.
6. The internal high temperature. After the equipment starts to heat up, if you need to open the door and work at high temperatures in the box at 55°C or above, please wear protective protective gear to prevent burns.
7. Anti-blocking of the air inlet and outlet: Do not place objects near the air outlet, air inlet, safety relief valve, etc., so as not to block the exhaust and cause danger.
8. When the oven is not in use for a long time, run the oven at high temperature to dry, and turn off the power switch.
9. Do not put corrosive substances in the oven for baking. Corrosive substances will corrode stainless steel, silicone seals, etc., which will seriously affect the service life of internal parts and the body.
10. During continuous use, confirm whether the air intake and exhaust actions are normal. Failure to exhaust the air normally will also cause use hazards. Please check whether the exhaust system is operating normally.
